Ground floor: lounge/dining room with fireplace and doors to the front terrace, which extends the length of the villa. Kitchen with door to the terrace, 1 double bedroom with adjacent bathroom. First floor: 2 double bed rooms, 2 double rooms with 90 cm beds, two of these rooms have doors to the side terrace with 2 bathrooms.

Next to the pool and jacuzzi there is another bathroom with an outdoor shower and a mini bar.

If you want to enjoy a bar with a refrigerator for drinks next to the pool, then this property has one!

The Villa is located less than a kilometer from the city center, just 10 minutes walk from the villa to the city of Pollensa, where you can see the Pueblo markets, take long walks in the area and enjoy its landscape, especially in the sunsets.
